APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRE FOR HIRING OF MAID
Hiring Process:
Employers by visit to SINCERITY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES CO. and select suitable helpers .
Once employer selected a suitable helper, signing of Job offer ; Contract Agreement, paid the handling fees. Employer should be present all required documents to our Company as soon as possible, so that our staff can go ahead all process to Consulate and Immigration Department.
After approved by Consulate and Immigration Department, employer will receiving helper's working Visa approved/notified by HKSAR Immigration Dept., please submit the notified letter together with latest address proof to our company for picking up of Visa
Once the helper completed their training and received all approval documents prior to their departure; SINCERITY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES CO. will notify the employer to confirm the helper's expected arrival date. Furthermore, on the actual arrival date of the helper, our staff will pick up the helper from the airport to process ID cards, perform medical check-ups, and orientation of helper, to remind their responsibilities of domestic helper etc. Our staff will contact employer to pick up the helper at our office.
 
Application Procedures:
 
Employer's qualifications ¡V
1. The Employer must be Hong Kong Permanent Residential or with Employment Contract to certify that he/she was employed to work in Hong Kong.
2. Employer¡¦s family total income must be not less than HK$186,000 per year.
 
Required documents: -
1. Employer¡¦s of HKID card copy
2. Income proof such as latest tax return, salary advice, bank statements, etc
 
a) Total income must be not less than HK$186,000 per year (if hire the 2nd domestic helper, the total income should be HK$186,000.00 X 2 and so on)
i) Monthly income proved HKD16,000.00 (continue prove for 6 months)
ii) Recently Tax Return copy to certify yearly income at HKD186,000.00 or more
iii) Latest 6 months of Fixed deposit / saving account copy showing have asset HKD360,000.00 ** Can provided family member
 
b) If income proof / supporting document provided by the family member of Employer, it must be present the following document : -
i) Marriage Certificate copy
ii) Birth Certificate copy

3. Address proof :
Such as government rates, water or electric bills, etc. (If however the aforesaid documents are under someone other than the employer; the employer must provide other supporting document such as rental contract, marriage certificate or birth certificate to confirm the relationship between the employer and the person whose name was listed on the documents. (If employer living in Public House, Tenancy Agreement; approval letter issued by Housing Department and photos of unit should be provide).

4. Family Member Information:
English / Chinese Name, Date of Birth, HKID No. or Passport No or Birth certificate no.
5.  Additional Hire of Domestic Helper:
Current Domestic Helper¡¦s HK ID Copy; Passport copy and Employment Contract Copy.
 
** All above documents are request by Immigration Department; the result of application should be subject to approval by Hong Kong Immigration Department. **
